  • Final approval for development from LIDA received 04.04.13.
  • Project has been approved by State Bank Of India, Central Bank of India, ICICI Bank, PNB Housing Finance Ltd., Axis Bank and DHFL for Home Loans.
  • PWD road to Zeme Jardin widened to 25 feet- to be further widened to 150 feet.
  • Entire site cleared and leveled – Earthwork completed.
  • Guard room, main entrance and compound wall completed.
  • Landscaping for recreation park nos. 1, 2 & 3 completed.
  • HDPE water supply pipelines completed.
  • Individual plots demarketed and labeled.
  • Internal 12 Mtr wide road ready – 9 Mtr / 7.5 Mtr roads carved.
  • Overhead Tank work completed.
